thesoong is committed to making our digital storefront usable by everyone, including customers who rely on assistive technology.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is an ongoing effort and we review the site against those guidelines as we ship new features.

Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard. Focus is visible at all times, modal dialogs trap focus correctly, and the site can be operated without a mouse.

We test against modern screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS / iOS, NVDA on Windows). Images carry descriptive alt text, form inputs are properly labelled, and dynamic regions announce state changes.

Body text targets a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against the page background; large text and non-text UI targets 3:1. Pages reflow without horizontal scroll down to a 320px viewport, and the layout supports browser font-size scaling up to 200%.
