Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. EU customers retain their statutory 14-day cooling-off right in addition to this policy.
To start a return, log into your account and open the order, or email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your order number. We will reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once we receive the return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only if the return is due to a fault on our side.
Final-sale items, customised pieces, intimates, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For exchanges, return the original piece per the above and place a new order. We do not hold replacement stock against a pending return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, send photos to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
