Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later or over weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery times after dispatch:

— EU: 2–4 business days — UK & Switzerland: 3–5 business days — US & Canada: 4–7 business days — Japan & Korea: 5–8 business days — Mainland China: 7–12 business days (subject to customs) — Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Standard shipping is USD 12. Orders over USD 200 ship free.

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.

Duties and import taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare the actual order value on every customs form.
